Performance description:
1. Chassis performance
Chassis model: bj1031v5jv4-51, engine model: dam15kl / gasoline engine 85KW, G6 emission
2. Carriage structure: the carriage is made of high quality carbon steel, ship type structure, zero leakage of sewage. The overall frame design of the box body ensures better rigidity and no deformation during operation. The structure is novel, and the feeding / discharging port is designed above the box body. The top of the dustbin is designed with a covering mechanism for the feeding port, which is used to seal the feeding port, so as to ensure no leakage during transportation and eliminate secondary pollution.
3. Production process: structure surface sandblasting + marine primer + intermediate coating + anticorrosive finish. The steel plates in direct contact with garbage were treated with pickling, phosphating and passivation.
4. Bucket lifting mechanism: the vehicle adopts a unique back tipping bucket structure, which can put 120L garbage cans and 240L garbage cans into the compartment from the rear end of the vehicle at one time. Therefore, it has the function that other conventional side loading garbage trucks cannot operate in the narrow lane (2m). The unique design of the garbage can lifting mechanism can be compatible with two kinds of standard garbage cans with lifting capacity of 120L and 240L
5. Scraper compression mechanism: the scraper is installed on the top of the car, which can simply compress the garbage into the box and improve the work efficiency of the vehicle.
6. Hydraulic components: key parts of the equipment: hydraulic valve block, gear pump, oil cylinder and other hydraulic components are well-known brands at home and abroad.
7. Electrical system: PLC control system is adopted to control each operation in real time, and early warning buzzer is installed. The instrument panel of the vehicle is equipped with a rear support and a compartment operation switch, which can complete the garbage unloading in the cab. The rear end of the vehicle is equipped with automatic operation switch for bucket and scraper, and manual mode can be selected for operation under special circumstances.

At the same time, the garbage truck belongs to the mini garbage truck, and the vehicle uses the blue brand.
