YD5070TDYEQE6 multi-function dust suppression vehicle is a multifunctional vehicle developed by Jiangsu Yueda Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. which integrates water mist spray and dust control, road washing, sprinkling dust, greening and spraying functions. With retrofitted Dongfeng EQ1075SJ3CDF chassis, it has the characteristics of simple operation, far distance spray, long continuous operation time, low energy consumption and low noise. It can be used for various road surface rinsing, high-altitude building washing, urban street haze control, dust removal, cooling, industrial and mining enterprises, construction and dust suppression, public places, green garden spraying sterilization, etc.

3.Scope of application
The vehicle can be used for spraying dust suppression in urban and rural areas as well as in areas with large dust and workplaces. It can also be used for road washing, sprinkling, greening, high and low level building flushing, and emergency firefighting.

5.Structure composition and performance characteristics
YD5070TDYEQE6 dust suppression vehicles are mainly composed of chassis, sprayer, intelligent control system, generator set, waterway system, water tank, working platform and other system components.
1, the vehicle adopts the layout method of "pre diesel power generation bunker + intermediate water tank + rear sprayer platform", and the three part is separated separately for easy maintenance.
2. Chassis: eq1075sj3cdf type II vehicle chassis produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. is used for refitting. The chassis engine adopts cy4bk461 diesel engine produced by Dongfeng Chaoyang Chaochai Power Co., Ltd., with a power of 95kw and a displacement of 3707ml, meeting the national emission standard of the sixth grade.
3, sprayer: domestic first-line brand sprayer. (1) the air duct of the sprayer adopts double wall noise reduction structure, one-off die-casting forming spray ring, large cavity and flow volume, and adopts the rocket head type central spray, which has concentrated water mist, large spray pressure, long spray distance and low energy consumption. (2) The fog gun device has the national 3C certification and the inspection report of the national environmental protection product quality supervision center.
4.Intelligent control system: adopt intelligent wireless remote control system. (1) the sprayer has the function of wireless remote control, and the operator can control all actions of the sprayer remotely within 100 meters away from the vehicle. (3) the top of the vehicle is equipped with a monitoring camera for spraying operation. The rear part of the vehicle is equipped with a reversing camera, and a color LCD screen is installed in the driver's cab. The driver can observe the state of the artillery and the rear image of the vehicle in the cab.
5. Generator set: 15kw diesel generator set is adopted. (1) The engine power is 17kw / min and the power of diesel generator is 1500kW. (2) The rated power is 15kw and the rated voltage is 400V.
6. Waterway system: domestic first-line brand pumps are used. (1) It has the function of front washing. The flushing nozzle adopts 360 degree adjustable three bend forward flushing, which is located on the left and right sides of the lower part of the front bumper. (2) The sprinkler head is located on both sides of the rear of the vehicle. The spraying angle can be adjusted according to the width of the road surface, and the water flow is fan-shaped. (3) Vehicle tail set up the operation platform and the middle part of the platform to install special sprayer. The right side of the platform is equipped with antiaircraft gun and emergency firefighting interface. It can be used for high and low air sprinkler, flushing and emergency firefighting. The sprayer can reach a maximum range of 36 meters, and the maximum range of the high-pressure water gun can reach 30 meters, which can rotate 360 degrees. Change the shape of the water jet from the water gun.
7. Water tank: the cross section of the water tank is of rectangular circle structure, and the tank body is equipped with a wave plate. (1)The main body of water tank and sprayer is made of stainless steel to ensure sufficient strength, stiffness and rust resistance. (2) The water tank is equipped with a low water level alarm system, which can realize the automatic alarm protection function and prevent the water pump from being damaged due to water shortage.
